OVERALL & ROUND 4 RESULTS – LOCKWOOD BECK – M.A.C. NWL RESERVOIR MASTERS SERIES 2026… After 4 rounds of tough natural venue competition Michael Macwilliams came out on top – taking out the final match and the series with a perfect 4 point score – A fantastic achievement and well-deserved title as reservoir master for 2026 considering how patchy the fishing has been this year.
Sticking with a committed feeder approach to target the venues bigger fish, Mick landed skimmers from peg B8 on the dam wall on the edge of the deeper water putting 20lb:12oz onto the scales – making no mistake after grinding out results in the early rounds of the competition to put himself in pole position for the series – Finishing with the magic 4 points and 29lb:06oz overall weight.
Consistency was key to make the overall frame and another section win for Neil Waters took second place with only one point dropped closely followed by Phil Noble also taking his section, Second place in the match and third place overall with 6 points ahead of Anth Smith in fourth with 7 points and match organiser Dale Conway taking fifth place on weight as one of four anglers on 8 points – narrowly edging out section winner Ali Hunt into sixth as fine margins decided the final standings – Well done lads! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
